Having had the all new ZAGG Sparq 2.0 for a little while now, I have been putting it through its paces, charging various Nokia devices, and Accessories, and I have to say, this thing Rocks!
The 2.0 on the end of the name indicates this is the revised model after its predecessor 1.0, which sadly had an issue, but ZAGG have been quick to rectify this, releasing a newer model, and their staff have been more than happy for me to Review their new product for them.
If you are looking for something ultra reliable, powerful, and capable of charging your portable device up to four times fully, then this massive 6000mAh ZAGG Sparq 2.0 is for you. I’m not just saying that, this thing is great.
Following an initial deep charge of nine hours, the ZAGG Sparq 2.0 was able to charge my N97 from flat, which has a 1500mAh battery, my N86, also from flat, which has a 1200mAh battery, both to fully charged in a shorter timespan than a mains charger would take.
The ZAGG Sparq 2.0 didn’t stop there, I continued to put it to the test, and further charged an N95 Classic from flat, which has the 950mAh battery, then continued to recharge a Nokia 5530 from half depleted 1000mAh battery, my Nokia BH-905′s that have a 600mAh battery, and finally recharged my Nokia BH-214′s that have just a 110mAh battery.
So lets do the math on this. The following batteries were recharged with the 6000mAh ZAGG Sparq 2.0
N95-1 (950mAh BL-5F)
5530 (1000mAh BL-4U)
N86 (1200mAh BL-5K)
BH-905 (600mAh)
BH-214 (110mAh)
Adding all these mAh together, brings a total of 3860mAh, which is a little over half the capacity of the ZAGG Sparq 2.0′s 6000mAh battery. Once I had recharged all of the above devices with the ZAGG, I checked the LED Status, and I had just one LED still illuminating (4 in total).
Curiosity got the better of me, and after recharging the ZAGG fully once more, I tried to recharge my wife’s small netbook, but Im sad to report it didn’t do anything, but having said that, Im not sure if it was either down to the ZAGG or my choice of lead that I used. There is no denying, I am a massive fan of Proporta’s Mobile device chargers, as also seen in the photos, but the ZAGG is in a different league all together with its massive 6000mAh Battery back up, and recharging capabilities.
To give you an idea of the size of the ZAGG Sparq 2.0, I have added a few photos to this blog post. If you have an Apple Mac, or MacBook Pro, the white square flat adapter module you get with the power cord is a little smaller than the ZAGG Sparq 2.0.
As mentioned earlier, if you are looking for something ultra powerful, reliable, and capable of recharging a few devices while your away from a power outlet, not to mention recharge faster than an AC point, then go for the ZAGG Sparq 2.0. Its available for just $99.USD at www.zagg.com

Micky’s Star Rating (out of 10) I will give the ZAGG Sparq 2.0 a 8/10
