@WomWorldNokia – My #NokiaDATE Entry for an Ex Trail N97 Mini
Posted by MickyFin in NOKIAWell, its no secret,I sold my White Nokia N97 quite recently due to me simply getting tired of nursing the poor excuse of its memory. Random crashes, applications exiting unexpectedly all lead me to countless hard resets, and formats, and eventually, leaving me with no choice than to simply use my N97 with a couple of applications.
WordPress for Symbian was one of those key applications, and one I was helping the Nokia Development team with. The second application I had installed was of course, the all-in-one, simply superb application Gravity from Mobileways.de. This application alone was responsible for me keeping my N97 as long as I did, and then when SPB Mobile Shell came along, this too transformed my N97 UI to what I expected out of the box.
Sadly, my N97 was still plagued with issues, and I had had enough, and decided it was time for me to part company with it. I was quite sad really, as I love an hardware QWERTY device, hence why I am entering the #NokiaDATE competition with WomWorldNokia.
I would like to give the N97 Mini another chance, as it has slightly more better specification that its bigger brother, and having already had a Mini to trial from Nokia, I too got the #DATE syndrome when the DHL guy came to collect it after my trial.
So there you have it, I miss an hardware QWERTY a lot, so please WOMWorldNokia, send that great guy, the DHL man on a oneway trip to my apartment, and give me an ex-trial N97 Mini, and let me give the QWERTY device another chance, please!.
I do plan on getting a white iPhone 4, but seeing as that is delayed yet again, the N97 Mini would be a perfect companion for me to use Gravity once again, as currently Im back to using my old N95 after giving my lovely wife my White N86.
