Hi everyone, I have just finished packing my gear for Nokia World 2010, and thought I would put a quick post together to remind you all on what to expect at the #NokiaMeet at 1000Heads HQ tomorrow.

Apart from me rushing around like an headless chicken tomorrow, I will try to say hello to everyone individually, but wanted to say, if I miss anyone, please don’t hesitate to approach me, and introduce yourself, I don’t bite!

I have noticed earlier on Twitter people already starting to arrive in London, and they are reporting the weather is actually nice, and sunny. I have packed my Nokia Umbrella, just in case I bring the rain with me from Finland lol.

Have a safe journey everyone, and we will see you all tomorrow. Oh, about what to expect tomorrow, well, there will be an Ovi Maps demo, lots of photos, and videos being taken, snacks, and drink available, thanks to 1000Heads for that, and of course for offering the Headquarters as a venue for this pre Nokia World meet up.!

Also tomorrow, I would like you all to join me in raising a glass in memory of a dear friend, and colleague who lost his long battle with terminal cancer recently. Sp00k was well known within the Nokiausers community, and forums where he had worked as a moderator for the last few years, and the moderating team really miss him, his name will live on within our forums, and our hearts.

I will also hold a small speech in memory of Sp00k tomorrow, and then play a song in his name, a song which has the hairs stick up on the back on my neck, because the lyrics of the song you will hear, have so much in common with Sp00k’s presence in our Nokiausers community, he was like the captain of our ship, steering us all in the right direction, always sharing his wise wisdom, and calming opinion whenever one of us moderators wasn’t sure how to handle a certain situation within the forums, he always had time for everyone.

His son told us after he had gone that Sp00k loved what he did for Nokiausers, and so much so, it helped him steer his focus away from his illness. His son, Spyda also told us all that his father was also looking forward to getting himself an N8 too, so as said, I hope you will all join me in raising a glass in memory of Sp00k. Thank you!
